We’re hiring a Civil Project Engineer for our Fargo, ND office to help deliver land development projects and related consulting services for clients across the upper Midwest.
Quick Facts
Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $75,000–$95,000/year DOE
Experience: 5+ years of land or site development/civil engineering
Licensure: PE or able to obtain within 6 months (ND licensure/reciprocity as applicable)
Tools: AutoCAD Civil 3D; Microsoft 365; Bluebeam
In this role, you’ll help carry projects from early due diligence and feasibility through final design and construction closeout. You’ll coordinate with municipalities and agencies, shape construction documents and opinions of probable cost, and design grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems that work in the real world.

Valid driver’s license
If you have these skills, you are better fit!
Experience preparing hydrology/hydraulic models and stormwater design (e.g., HydroCAD).
Experience with permitting and agency coordination in the upper Midwest.
Experience with cost estimating and/or construction administration.
Demonstrated mentoring/technical leadership experience.
